Treat him as he can be and he will become…” That philosophy is what helped Joe Taylor become the all-time winningest coach in Hampton history, compiling an impressive 233 wins overall during his standout 30-year career. His noteworthy 70.6 winning percentage ranks in the top 10 in FCS coaching history. Because of his accomplishments, the current athletic director for Virginia Union University has been selected for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame. Taylor joins HBCU play to discuss his journey to reach this monumental achievement.
