Lericia Harris

Lericia Harris serves as the morning radio news anchor/on-air personality for News & Talk 1380 WAOK and V-103 (WVEE) of Entercom Radio Atlanta. She’s also a sports anchor/host for 92.9 The Game (WZGC).

She is the host of Sports in the City - which airs on Sports Radio 92.9 The Game, and Atlanta Up-Close - which airs on WAOK and WVEE. Both shows are public/community affairs related.

She is the sports anchor/analyst for the Frank Ski Morning Show with Wanda Smith on V-103 (WVEE). Entercom Radio Atlanta includes V-103, News & Talk 1380 WAOK, 92.9 The Game, and Star 94.1.

She also currently serves as the TV sideline reporter for ACC Network/Raycom Sports covering all ACC games for the 2018 football season. 

Prior to joining WAOK, WVEE, and WZGC Lericia served as an intricate part of the sports marketing/digital team at ESPN/The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. While there, she assisted in the management and execution of the strategic marketing directions for both runDisney and ESPN Wide World of Sports including video production and business analysis. She was also a production assistant, weekend news reporter, and sports reporter at WCJB TV 20 News in Gainesville, Florida. There she covered local news and all sports from the high school level to the professional level. During those experiences, Lericia wrote and produced multimedia news reports for long-form programming.

Lericia is an advocate for higher education. As a proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University (BCU), a historically black college/university, she believes education opens the door to endless opportunities. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications - Broadcasting Journalism in 2013. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s in Advertising from the University of Florida graduating in 2015.

Not only is Lericia a supporter of education, she additionally values community involvement/service. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., the National Association for Black Journalist, and serves as a board member of the nonprofit The Flourish Foundation, Inc...

She was recognized in 2016 by Atlanta Women in Sports honored as a woman blazing trails and redefining the position of “sports executive” for her work in the male-dominated industry of professional sports.

Lericia is an extrovert and often characterized as a “Southern Belle” because of her kindness, hospitality, and overall demeanor. A few things she enjoys: swimming, reading, learning, shopping, cooking, and attending church.
