Teachers at Atlanta’s Perkerson Elementary will have to re-apply for their positions if they want their jobs next school year.  That is part of the Atlanta School Board's 'reconstitution' efforts for the elementary school off Arthur B. Langford Jr. Parkway.  Perkerson was listed in 2014 as one of 16 low-performing schools in the state. Superintendent Meria Carstarphen says the staff will have to prove they can make a difference.
