Today's guest on Real Talk with Rashad Richey was Andrea K. Carter, Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility & Inclusion, for the Atlanta Hawks.

Carter is a Spelman College graduate and daughter of author and social-justice advocate Patrice Gaines.

Additionally, Carter is the current chair of the National Advisory Council for Men Stopping Violence, an organization that brings men together to end male violence against women and girls through innovative training, programs, and advocacy.

In a captivating interview, she spoke with Rashad about her career, community work with the Hawks, and future aspirations.
