Rashad sits down with Councilman Andre Dickens and Chairman of the Men of BOOK Advisory Committee, Greg Clay, to discuss getting involved with schools in your community.

Better Outcomes for OUR Kids‘ (BOOK) mission is to raise awareness around the need for high-performing schools in African-American communities, and the need to expand and increase the awareness of educational options and school choice.  BOOK believe's when leaders are equipped with and ready to share objective information about high-quality schools through BOOK’s programming, they will be effective at communicating the educational crisis effecting African-American youth.  With support from parents, local constituents, policymakers, the media, and key influencers, we can change the course of our failing schools.

BOOK's goal is to better engage parents and education stakeholders through useful events/forums and content to make better decisions about education in our communities. To help the alignment of these goals, please complete this survey at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/17f-AcI5js6z20MOy68D-_pOTyiVOrqleke_npWYjrE0/viewform?edit_requested=true
