While the world is adjusting to life amid COVID-19, many people are taking this time to re-educate, re-skill and re-focus. There's a small university located in East Atlanta who beat out Georgia State University, Clayton State College, Kennesaw State University, Emory University and others to be named the top choice for online degree programs. Under the leadership of college president, Dr. Benson Karanja, Beulah Heights University received this ranking based on academic quality, online delivery models, professor-to-student ratio and affordability.

BHU has been in existence for over 100 years and operates as a "brick and mortar" institution, but their commitment to high quality education and fully integrated delivery models have made them leaders in online education as well. They are fully accredited, offering degrees in Business, Leadership Studies, Religious Studies and Divinity. Degrees range from associates to doctoral. They also have a well respected MBA program and boast a friendly credit transfer policy for previous college level work.

BHU is waving all application fees and may have additional incentives available for those who have been adversely impacted by the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Dr. Sonya Okoli, BHU Professor, came by The Rashad Richey Morning Show to discuss the importance of taking advantage of opportunities to invest in yourself and why BHU is a good place to start.

Beulah Heights University is a fully accredited college. Students are eligible for federal Financial Aid assistance and other government supported programs. www.Beulah.edu
