Retired Chief of the City of Atlanta Jail, Patrick "Pat" Labat, came by the Rashad Richey Morning Show to discuss running for Fulton County Sheriff. Labat has a track record of identifying growth opportunities in both public safety and civic environments. During the interview Labat names three things he wants to focus on, "we want to focus on public safety and crime reduction... improving jail conditions... and recidivism by revisiting the youth beyond a 'Scared Straight' program". The current Fulton County Sheriff is Ted Jackson who has faced opposition before. Many are saying that Labat will pose a credible challenge. To learn more about Patrick Labat and his run for Fulton County Sheriff visit https://www.labatforsheriff.com/
