An incident involving a white police officer who choked an African-American man outside a North Carolina Waffle House is under investigation.

Anthony Wall, 22, allegedly got into an intense argument with employees - who called police - at the Warsaw restaurant Saturday.  A cell phone video posted to Wall's Facebook page shows an unidentified officer pushing him up against the outside of the building, putting his hands around his neck, then wrestling him to the ground, and handcuffing him.

"I was pretty much trying to scream for air and trying to breathe because he was holding my throat. That's when I got aggressive with him because you are choking me," said Wall.

Wall had just come from the prom as a date for his 16-year-old sister. He was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Martin Luther King Jr.'s daughter, Bernice King, called for a boycott of all Waffle House locations on Twitter yesterday in response to the incident.
