Statistics tell us that so often young people will go with another young person who commits a crime. And, they don't realize, according to Attorney Mawuli Davis, "that just being present, being the driver, that they are a party to that crime.  They get charged whether they had the gun in their hand or not." That's among the circumstances that Davis and the organization Let Us Make Man will address Saturday, March 3, at its event “Gathering to Save Black Boys in the City of South Fulton”. It will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Stonewall Tell Elementary School in College Park, Ga.

East Point State Representative William Boddie is among those hosting the event, “We know that the more positive things our children are involved in, the better they feel about themselves and the safer we are as a community.”

Let Us Make man says that its mission is to encourage leadership and strength in family and community.
