Three former U.S. presidents are expected to speak at Zell Miller’s funeral in Atlanta on Tuesday.

Presidents Jimmy Carter, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton will all be in attendance at the service for Miller – a former governor and U.S. senator who died Friday at the age of 86.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.  Afterward, Miller's remains will lie in state at the Georgia Capitol until a state funeral Wednesday.

Tuesday’s service is the second following one Monday attended by hundreds of mourners in Young Harris, Georgia.

Miller is remembered throughout Georgia as architect of an education lottery that has financed pre-kindergarten programs for 1.6 million children cumulatively.
