A woman with multiple sclerosis says Delta Air Lines employees tied her to a wheelchair with a blanket when they didn’t have a chair that could accommodate her disability. Maria Saliagas said that the airline usually provides a wheelchair with straps because she can’t sit up on her own

Delta spokesman Anthony Black sent a statement to WSB Channel 2 "The company regrets the perception our service has left on these customers. We have reached out to them, not only to resolve their concerns but also ensure that their return flight exceeds expectations.”

The victim's son said that the incident left his mother with bruises and in tear.  The family returns to Atlanta on April 30th.
