If you are involved in an accident, the police may or may not show up to file a report.

The Atlanta Police Department announced this week that they would no longer respond to car accidents without injuries due to the coronavirus.

The notification was quietly announced via Twitter.

The police department asks that you complete an SR-13 form If you are in an accident with no injuries. According to the AJC, an Atlanta police department spokeswoman says that the policy is temporary.
